We obtain our topsoil from various areas around that were once pastures. The soil is then processed on-site using a machine that removes the vast majority of sticks and rocks producing the most rakeable quality material.
Typical Uses - Flowerbed base or filling in a lawn.
Coverage - 162 sf per cubic yard at 2" deep or 108 sf per cubic yard at 3" deep.

Bulk soils, sands, and gravels have a maximum truck load of 8 cubic yards.
Bulk mulches have a maximum truck load of 20 cubic yards.

Zone 3 (16-25 mi.) purchase minimum is $200 for a dump truck and $300 for a flatbed.
Zone 4 (26-35 mi.) purchase minimum is $300 for a dump truck and $400 for a flatbed.
Zone 5 (35-50 mi.) purchase minimum is $400 for a dump truck and $500 for a flatbed.
